This brand new paring knife has been in development for ages but it's finally here.
I made a few tweaks to my original design with a view to improving it and i feel that i have managed that, from a slightly thicker steel, a different surface finish, nicer laser etched makers mark and by trying to factor in the semi-custom production where buyers can choose the handle material.
These little knives feel great in hand and will earn their keep in your kitchen. The HBA resin is funky stuff, good in hand and completely water resistant. Lovely Stuff.
