This brand new paring knife has been in development for ages but it's finally here.
I made a few tweaks to my original design with a view to improving it and i feel that i have managed that, from a slightly thicker steel, a different surface finish, nicer laser etched makers mark and by trying to factor in the semi-custom production where buyers can choose the handle material.
These little knives feel great in hand and will earn their keep in your kitchen. Yellow Micarta is always a classy look.
