Always a useful knife to have in the arsenal. Known for its fine edge taking capability and good edge retention it strikes that balance between performance and practicality. A fairly flat belly to this one as you would expect from a bread slicer, this knife feels very nicely balanced. Paired with an ergonomic handle in my signature style, this knife is ready to get stuck into a bit of food prep in your kitchen. I haven’t made many bread knives, so this is a bit of a first.
