This tasty looking Euro chef is made from vg10 core suminagashi stainless steel and is handled in a beautiful piece of Double Dyed Spalted Blue Mango. The ferrule is Formula 1 Carbon Fibre.

This steel strikes that balance between performance and practicality. The upswept edge profile makes for a nice and easy “Rock Chop”. I’ve always been a big fan of tall heels (not like that), a tall heel makes for excellent knuckle clearance on the chopping board. Tall, convey edge geometry on this one, this knife will be an absolute kitchen laser!

I really like this knife, it has “The Feel”. The handle features the new “Jimped” butt end.
